Magnesium: how much is in a daily dose of supplements
We counted the daily amount in every product containing Magnesium in Korea's health functional food reports and the US NIH label database. We do not rate any product; we only gathered the amounts on the labels.

How we counted
- The daily amount follows the daily serving on each label, using the higher amount when a range is given. Products whose daily amount cannot be worked out from the label are left out.
- Amounts from food are not included.
- The RDA is the higher value for men and women aged 19 (the AI where there is no RDA), and the UL is the lowest value for ages 19–64.
- Korean products are compared with the 2025 Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans, and US products with the US NASEM reference values.
- The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) is the highest level of daily intake that is likely to pose no risk of harmful health effects to almost all people in the general population.
- Product counts are counts of reported or registered labels, not of how much is sold.
